Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear sir, for the year ending 31/3/2012, when i have paid the term loan upto dec 2011(dec 2011 is also paid) & my cash credit a/c is over due but not more than 90 days, is there any possibility that the bank can classify the a/c as NPA. pls advise.

if the default in payment of interest or regularization of cash credit account exceeds 90 days the bank may classify both the loans as NPA
