dear sir
after issue of sarfasi notice u/s 13(2), then borrower clears the loan, with interest, can bank with-hold the title deeds for want of differential rate of interest(not agreed upon interest)? and what are the judicial powers of Branch manager?

The bank may withhold title till all the dues are cleared. You may better settle the dispute amicablty and avoid litigation.

If you had paid the SAEFESI notice demanded amount with applicable interest as stated therein, you should have a right to return of mortgage documents.

If you had paid the SARFESI notice demanded amount with applicable interest as stated therein, you should have a right to return of mortgage documents.
