dear sir
i have file a cheque bounce case in court but the party is not attending the court 4 the past 14 hearings, now the judge has ordered for argument & if party is not present in the court he will issue N B W please guide me what to do.

you have to do nothing. The police after getting NBW will arrest the opposite party.
