Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir,
i gave Rs 2 lacs to one person, in return he gave a cheque for me. He told me to produce the cheque in bank after some days but the checque got bounced because of insuffecient funds in his account. He is not answering my calls. What shall i do now? Do i need to go to police station and file the complaint or go to consumer court?
