Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir
I have taken a ICICI bank credit card and used the amount of Rs. 15000 but due to some reason i was unable to pay and now the amount is Rs. 54000..
I want to settle this amount pls suggest
1. At what min amount this issue can be settle.
2 What is the legal risk in this case.

the settlement amount has to be decided by the bank. It is suggestive to write to high up in the bank and settle the amount. If you settle and ensure full and final settlement and make payment direct to the bank and not to the agent.
