Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Dear Sir

I have taken icici credit card and used amount is Rs.15000 but due to some reason i was not able to pay that amount to Bank, now they made that amount Rs 54000. I want to settle this amount within Rs 15000. I want to know is it possible to settle. And second pls tell what is the legal risk in this.

Yes you can settle your accounts with the Bank. But I don't think so that the Bank would settle up with 15000. You have to negotiate with them.
