DEAR SIR,
I HAVE MORTGADGE MY HOME ANF TOOK THE LOAN AGAINST IT OF RS 7,69,000...I PAID REGULAR UP TO LAST YEAR BUT IN BETWEEN IFOR ONE YEAR I WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY THE INSTALLMENT AND BUT SINCE LAST MONTH I AM PAYING IT AGAIN BUT I CAME TO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE PLACED ARBITRATOR AND ORDERED FOR THE ATTACHMENT,I AM NOT IN THE POSITION TO REPAY ALL AMOUNT BUT I WANT 12 MONTH TO REPAY ALL AMOUNT INCLUSIVE OF PENALTY ...PLEASE GUIDE ME ON IT MY EMAIL ID IS [email protected] reply thanks

you can appear before arbitrator and ask for 12 months or else negotiate with the lender company.
