Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir
I have owed a Credit card and due to non job and financial crises i am unable make the payment where i had settled with Recovery agent where iam paid 1st emi and other emis are not paid for financial crises,and now i have got a job in Gulf,by mail the creditcard divison threatening for Sue,If i will come to india can i sued or can i have cut in Airport as some urgent work is there.please suggest.

No one is going to stop you at the Airport but pay the money to the bank for future problems.
