Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir,
I took a personal loan from one of the reputed bank in hyderabad and for two years i paid my instalments regularly,but unfortunately i lost my job and i am in depleted condition neither i am able to run my house nor i am able to pay my dues in time and now bank has sent me a letter stating to pay my total amoynt due as on date which i am unable to do so.
I am in deep mess as today i need to look after my family as well get in some good job,request you to help me in finding some solution so that i can get a relief from my payment for atleast four to six months and i would definately clear all my dues.

Request the bank in writing to give you some time. it will take one to two months and then you take some time to decide.
Make a fervent appeal to the Bank requesting them to reschedule the payment. Nothing else possible.
