Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir,
I recieved a legal notice from Nilam patra padadhikari with heading of Certificate dendar ko notice on pink color form number Schedule XIV form number 52H to make the payment of loan.
Now, i am not in a condition to make whole sum of payment. I would like to request
bank for fix my EMI so that i will continue making the payment till all the mentioned amount get over. I am already paying fixed amount every month. then also, i recieved this notice.
Kindly suggest, How to handle this situation.
