Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear sir:
iam having a loan with hdfc bank and i didnt pay my last one year payment and last month they withheld my salary from my account and they debited the one year installment from two month salary with out my permission. now i got an arrest warrant from the court for not attending for the hearing. but i didnt receive any letter before from court .now iam working in an insurance company they are paying my salary with hdfc bank. but i actually give another icici bank cheque for loan and they are debiting the Emi from that bank account. but they freeze my salary account and debiting the whole with out my permission. and the arrest warrent is 138NI Act .in kottayam JFCM. so what shoud i do now, because i have some other liabilities so i couldnt pay it on right time please give me a solution

you have to file a criminal case against the bank and you also fight the case by surrendering in the court and took the bail.
