Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir,
If I am blocklisted in one bank because of credit card payment in dubai. If I open an sb account in India in another Bank. and will do transactions it will come to know for that bank? and is there any problem for me.
please let me know.

in case the bank in dubai does not have a branch in it and is not affiliated to CIBIL i do not think it may pose any problem to you in india.
