Legal Question in Banking Law in India

dear sir,

i'm working in a garment company past 4 & half years.. as D.T.P.

operator, few months ago my boss told me to do changes in bank statement

changes to take huge amount of loan, (around crores) and he is a cheater also,

he won't give salary on time also.i'm not interested to this type of job, L/C changes,

cheque date number changes etc.,

etc., i came to know recently that he have got cheating case list in few banks already...

recently he told me if u do not agree to do this

leave from job, "give me 1 month letter" of resignation. actaully my job is to do

catalogue making of company taking photographs etc. (designing job)

what i should do future??? if he move from the job ??

or can i get any benefits from company,(we have only Gratuity) after 5 years, coming this

february month-2010 i will complete 5 years. we don't have no proudent fund and bonus. or other facility.

if he terminate me 1 month period from company Can I file case against him for this reason??

i never give him from my side resignation letter that i confrimed...

he will remove me.... what i should do sir.

J. Radhakrishnan independent Practice

File a case against him in the Labour Court and or to apply to State Govt. to refer your dispute to Industrial Tribunal. Consult local Labour lawyer in these matters.
