Dear Sir,

My husband had forged my sign on my chq book of my Bank in Delhi and transfer the fund to his acount in Delhi. But noe I am living in Haryana with my parents.

I want to know where I can file FIR - in Haryana or Delhi.

you need to file a criminal complaint before the magistrate at Delhi.
