dear sir,
one person has given cheque and he stop the cheque on clearence what is the legal action shoul i take iam from india

If the drawer of the cheque is outside India, you can take action against him in the court in whose jurisdiction he is now. If he is in India, proceed under Sec.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, through a lawyer.
