Legal Question in Banking Law in

dear sir,

we have get cc loan of 40 lakhs against partners land and building market value of 42 lakhs also another security of agriculature land from a guarener market value of 60 lakhs( who is not a partner )..

now we want to release the agriculture land from bank what can i do.

kindly give your advise

Request the Bank to accept some other security of immovable property the value of which together with the land and building already mortgaged will be Rs.80 lakhs so that they can consider releasing the guarantor and his property from the guarantee. Otherwise, the Bank may not release the guarantor and the agricultural land given as security by him
