you can approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal and the civil court as well in case the bank commits any illegality.

Central Registry is for registration of security interests of banks and financial institutions. It is yet to be constituted. Once constituted all security interests of banks will have to be registered there instead of conventional methods. No relief to borrower.

If Bank commits mistake you can appeal or file writ as appropriate.

Central registry will have no authority to deal with your grievance even if it relates to registration of security interest.
