Deceased Claim

A SB a/c is in India. Some of Legal heirs are in India and some of LRs are aborad. Please let me know how the claim documents (affidavit, indemnity bond & authority letter) of LRs residing at aborad be routed to the Banking authority.

You can check with the bank whether they will require the documents to be apostile or only notarization is sufficient. Further, as far as routing is concerned you can sent the same to the bank through Airmail or courier.
