Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Is there any decision of High court or supreme court which says that salary can be attatched before judgment. I am advised that salary can be attatched only in execution of a decree. What is the correct legal position

As far as we know there is no such judgment. But in actual practice it may not be possible to seek ABJ of salary as one has to state that the defendant is absconding or about to alienate his property as salary accrues every day as long as the employee works and is not considered a static property to be attached before judgment.
