Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I was declared as selected for the post of clerk in Punjab National Bank through recruitment exam held in 2009, the results of which were declared in the month of October that same year. But till now, i.e, January of 2011 there has been no intimation whatsoever from the bank. So i've waited for almost a year and half now. My question is, is there any law that allows me to take legal action against them for the delay? Help.

you send a letter by RPAD to the Bank seeking your appointment as per selection within a week. If there is no proper response file a writ petition in the High Court
