Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have defaulted on credit card. Its been 3-4 years.. i am jobless now and surviving hard to earn my income. Recently i got a cal from a legal department stating that they are filing a case against me for 3.5 lacs, when my amount was for 46k. is their a way out? can the file a case ? are those bank officials or recovery agencies ? Need advice..
