if i have defaulted for my students loan with a bank an presently working with a mnc company can bank recover my loan from the my company

Yes, the Bank may seek recovery from your salary. Try to avoid any litigation and start making payments immediately; you may approach the bank for payment by easy instalments.

The Bank cannot recover from the company now. They may file a suit, obtain a decree and attach your salary, if then you are still in employment of the company
