Demand Draft amount not deposit

I have deposited a demand Draft of Rs. 200000/- of Bank SBI to my bank two years ago but they didn't deposit amount till date and after my so many queries they sent me a notice two revalidate the DD and present again. Can somebody suggest me what legal action I can taken against my bank as well as payee bank and on what grounds.

(1) File a complaint in RBI against your Bank.

(2) File a complaint in Consumer Forum.

(3) You may complain the Higher Authorities of the Bank.

You can file a complaint in Distt. Consumer Forum against tha bank.For more advice contact personally.

You can complain to higher authorities of the Bank and To RBI and also file a complaint in the consumer forum.

File consumer complaint in the district consumer redressal forum for deficiency of service against your bank and claim damages & interest at the market rate for 2 years.

If you feel like, you can also file a complaint against your bank with RBI.
