Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i got a demand legal notice from icici bank, within how much time should i reply to the notice. i am nolonger staying in the mentioned adderss. what are the implications of the notice

You must reply within the time within which the repayment is demanded. As long as you have received the notice,it is immaterial that you do no longer reside in the address mentioned in the notice. If you don't give proper reply the Bank will proceed with legal action.
