Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I go to deposit a cheque of amount 139Rs. only in State bank of India and ask for an acknowledgement, the employee of the bank refused me saying deposit the cheque in the drop box. So if a drop box facility is available can acknowledgement be refused even on request? How right is that and what action can i take against him?
