Legal Question in Banking Law in India
some one deposited false cheque to my account and i withdraw the amount from it after few months i came to know that was a fraud cheque and sufferer account holders goes to police what should i do right now

you may have to prove that the cheque was not deposited by you and even have no relation with the owner of the cheque.
