give notice within the time stipulated, i.e. within 30 days of the return of the cheque demanding the drawer to pay the amount within 15 days of receipt of tthe said notice. If no proper response is there, file a complaint under Sec.138 of the Negotiable Instruents Act in the Mertopolitan/chief judicial Magistrate court against the drawer within one month thereof. Pl. take the assistance of a local lawyer for the said proceedings.
