Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My diceased father had safty Locker at SBI Thane, Bank misplaced original agriment for locker.Bank dont have updated data about nominee I don`t have copy too.My father had told me that I am nominee for Locker I am nominee for SPECIAL DEPOSIT (Rs.10000/-) for LOCKER. I have original copy of that SPECIAL DEPOSIT with note about my name as Nominee. Please help

You can move the bank to recognize your claim with the documents in your hand. If it does not succeed, issue notice to Chairman for redress within 15 days. If it does not succeed, file a complaint before Banking Ombudsman of Mahrashtra.
