want to dicontinue service of job portal

I take service of a job portal 2 months ego with 24 PDC cheques, due to finalcial condition I want to dicontinue but they are not ageed and porduces the cheques to the bank.Pls guide us how to solve the problem

Give notice to the company to whom you have givn the PD Cheques giving the number of the PD Cheques and requesting them not to present the same as the consideration for the same has failed with copy to the drawee Bank, adding an instruction under your signature telling them not to honour the cheques. If the holder issues notice under Sec.138 N.I.Act, give reply in consultation with your trusted local Advocate. No point in seeking off the cuff solutions in this forum

Please submit a legal notice to them and also the local newspaper immediately by saying that the chaques are cancelled.

You should notify cancellation of the service if such a cancellation is provided in the agreement, stop payment of the cheques or close the bank account; and approach the consumer court immediately against the service provider demanding return of the cheques and cancellation of service.
