dishounour of cheque

md of the company,issued a cheque to their cashier for wages to the workers, cashier discontinued the cheque with his banker,UBI.but cashier did not disburse the wages. md asked the co. banker to stop payment .UBI files complain against the MD and co. plz suggest argument on behalf of UBI

I do not understand what do you mean by "cashier discontinued the cheque". What does 'discontinued' means? Kindly clarify. Where is the occasion for UBI to file complaint against the MD of the company? If the MD of the company asks the bank to stop payment, what is wrong in it. Kindly elaborate more on the facts.
