Have any DRT cases been ruled in favour of the customer where a bank has failed to keep its commitments of providing enhanced limits to a company for its expansion thereby causing the company to incur huge losses

sanction/release a loan or credit facility is always a prerogative of the Banks/FIs and is always subject to fulfilment of terms & conditions stipulated by the lenders
