Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I was an employee in MNC in UAE taken Personal Loan from DUBAI BANK of Rs 1500000/-, due to global cues that company terminated my job then i back to india.

I like to know whether the bank can go for police complaint straight without lodging case in court for non repayment? or it will come Under civil case. As Iam ready to pay loan by installment can I take legal course asking the bank to personal loan payable in installment as I can not repay loan in full.In this case which lawyer should I consult Civil or Criminal

you need to mention as to which bank have you taken personal loan from and does that bank have any branch in india or not. you can defend your case through a lawyer and the court would grant you the liberty to pay through EMIs.

No Police in India can touch u for the loan taken in Dubai. Consult a civil lawyer to advise you in coming to a reasonable settlement with your Bank in Dubai. Honesty is the best policy.
