IF IN THE OTHER CASE WHERE A MAKES SAN RECOURSE ENDORSEMENT TO B OTHER CONDITIONS REMAINS UNCHANGED WHAT IS POSITION OF D\n3. IF IN A DIFFERENCE CASE A ISSUES A CHEQUE IN FAVOUR OF B BUT PUTS A CONDITION THAT PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE WHEN B FULFILLS A CONDITION,AND BANK PAYS TO B WITHOUT FULFILLING THE SAID CONDITION .WHAT IS THE POSITION OF BANK IF A CLAIMS DAMAGES FROM BANK. HOW THE CONDITIONAL ENDORSEMENT IS WORKING IN THE ABOVE CASE?
