Enter your question here...i am faked with a job consultancy agent i gave a bank demand draft now i want to take that money back its possible or not if have a chance please give me a tips to collect money

the demand draft cannot be counter manded or stop payment. File a suit against the job consultancy agent to collect the amount due.
