Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My father was having Balance of Rs.1200000 in his saving bank account.He passed away 4 months back. Saving Account is not having any nomination. what is the procedure to get the money.

you may need a heirship/sucession certificate alongwith death certificate of your father. Kindly enquire with the Bank too.

hire a lawyer and file a petition for succession of the saving fund. you may have to implead all the other legal heirs as well as respondents.
