Legal Question in Banking Law in India
my father is bank maneger in brgb bank he has been suspend since 14 monthes there is a case against him of leave bank without information . he is in very stress he dont have any political power and he is also not taking help from his friends what to do now please guide

what is brgb bank ?. If it is public sector bank, or private bank, your father has to defend himself in the enquiry and give credible material to prove that he was absent for justifiable reasons. He will have to take the assistance of the union of officers.
