Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My father has a business in my mother's name. But my mother knows nothing about that. Whenever he needed signature he forcefully made her signed. He also had some bank loans in her name, which my father made her sign by torturing her physically and mentally. Can we take any action against my father? How can we save our mother from him and from all those bank loans?

Your mother has bounden duty to verify. Otherwise, she will be made liable jointly. Even your versions true, bank may say you are simply defending

even in case your mother had no knowledge of loans, still she would be liable. this is no defence.
