you cannot use that credit card which was used by your late father or mother. The bank or credit card issuer in the name of your father or mother will sue you as their legal heir, if there are credit card dues payable by your father and or mother, if you have inherited any property from them. That is it.

The dues payable on the card may be recovered from their property. You should not use that card.
