Legal Question in Banking Law in India
my father defaulted in loan repayment of a nationalised bank and passed away. so now is there any legal liabilities on me. i am working in some other nationalised bank.

Yes you have a liability to the extent of property devolved upon you from your father.

all the legal heirs to your father are equally responsible for the debt.
