Legal Question in Banking Law in India
my father had taken a loan against our house for business my mom is the owner of the house she stood gaurantor. my fahter has passed away recently and the bank served us sell notice due to non repayment how is it possible to deffer the proceedings as we are out of cash at the moment

Request the Bank to give time. Otherwise, consult local lawyer immediately and find out whether your mother can challenge the bank's proceedings on the ground of avoidance of guarantee on the ground of fraud and undue influence
