Legal Question in Banking Law in India

my father worked in union bank of india from 1970 to 1986. he gave his resignation letter in the year 1986. but my father didnt get his provident fund and gratuity amount. after several years of correspondence bank released my father's share (employee's) share of provident fund in the year 2004. bank refused to release bank share of provident fund and gratuity amount stating that we have terminated the services of my father. what should i do. please guide me.
can i get the job in union bank of india as i am the son of ex employee. if yes please guide me

In that case approach the Court for the relief. Yes why cant you get a job in the Bank.
