Where can i file a complaint against a fraud person who is cheating the bank from many years

Dear Sir / Madam,

Lodge a Police complaint giving all the evidence that you possess and give a copy of the complaint to the Branch Manager of the concerned Bank for information.

Are you a bank official? How are you concerned in the matter? Do you have a locus in the matter? Police would want to know answer to such questions.
