forced chq issue
Company forced me to give cheque without proving my fault, what if that chq bounced (as i have already stopped payment)

merely stop payment would not serve the purpose you would be required to issue the notice to such company before it encashes the saud cheque and may also file appropriate criminal/ civil case with full disclosure of all the reasons etc.

u should have contacted when u gave cheque
now u have to face case u/s 138 NIA
