Legal Question in Banking Law in India
MY friend defaulted by paying 2 dues from HDFC Bank which comes around 3500 rupees
pending 2 years for two wheeler. The bank wants to pay 21000 to get the two wheeler and seized without informing which disturbed my life for 2 days . how to proceed.....
