Legal Question in Banking Law in India

my friend is holding a credit card of Citi Bank with credit limit of Rs.1,00,000/- which has already been exaushted. Now my querey is in order to recover this amount which forum for the said bank shall be available? As I desire to defend any legal battle if initiated by the said bank.

If your friend is indebted, you as a friend in need help him to discharge the loan, if you are in a position to help him financially. The Bank may first harass/contact your friend through recovery agents. If it does not click, it may file a suit. Instead of speculating on how you can defend your friend if he is proceeded against for recovery of the Bank loan, help him to discharge the loan and purchase peace.
