Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have given a friend of 50K and he gave me a cheque, The cheque has expired last year Nov 2011, He keeps on saying that he will pay today or tomorroe, but nothing has been done till date, The lawyer say that i have no chance to get the money, Kindly assist.

Firstly send legal notice and after 15 days file the complaint under 138 and u may file suit for recovery
