Legal Question in Banking Law in India
my friend has taken a of offset machine in the year of 2000 for two lac, he was paying his emi uncontinue after bank send a demand notice u/s 13(2) dt 15/08/2008. after he sent Securitisation and reconstruction of Financial assets and enforcement of security interest act 2002 he call upon handover possession of the immovable assets on date 11/10/2010

if the payment is prompt why would bank send demand notice and as for possession of immovable assest the question needs to be more clear
