my friend has taken a of offset machine in the year of 2000 for two lac, he was not paying his emi prompt after bank send a demand notice u/s 13(2) dt 15/08/2008. after he sent Securitisation and reconstruction of Financial assets and enforcement of security interest act 2002 he call upon handover possession of the immovable assets on date 11/10/2010

what does your friend want now? in this situation, when he is not paying emi s the machine would be auctioned and the bank would set off its loan.
