Legal Question in Banking Law in India
my friend has taken a personal loan from icici bank now he he has to pay back. However my friend had taken a this loan in a different, place name and address which is not official which is not native. Could the bank prosecute case against him? What kind of action can be taken? what can be done please help, he has lost his job he cannot pay.

yes he can be held for cheating u/s 420IPC also.
