Legal Question in Banking Law in India
One of my friend has been served bailable arrest warrant under NI act. He approached me to take his bail. Being a friend I can not deny him but at the same time i would like to know what are my liabilities if I take his bail.

Your liability would be the surety amount in case he jumps the bail conditions.
